A friend's brother was arrested across provinces upon returning to the country, identified by peers as having been involved in gambling in the Philippines.
Those about to return to the country should be cautious about what they say, otherwise many could be implicated.
I know of several similar cases recently, and so far, none of my acquaintances have been affected.
