The celebration will take place on September 15, and tickets are available at over 11,000 National Lottery sales points.
Mexico.- President Andrés Manuel López Obrador has called on the public to participate in the Special Grand Draw 291 of the National Lottery, which will be held on the upcoming September 15. This draw will offer cash and in-kind prizes exceeding MX$252m (USD 14,400,000). The prizes include MX$40m (USD 2,285,714) in houses, watches, jewelry, and refunds. Each ticket, known as a "cachito," costs MX$250.
In his statements, President López Obrador highlighted that this will be the last draw during his term and emphasized that all prizes will be awarded. "The novelty of this draw is that all prizes will be awarded. If not all tickets are sold, nothing will remain undistributed. Everything that is won comes from the Institute to Return to the People What Was Stolen, including legal houses and jewelry, with the goal of continuing to support the people," he highlighted in the media.

The director of business development at SOFTSWISS shared details about the company's attendance at the upcoming SBC Summit 2024, market trends, customer demands, and plans for the near future.
Exclusive interview.- Olga Resiga, director of business development at SOFTSWISS, granted Focus Gaming News an exclusive interview to reflect on how the company is preparing for SBC Summit 2024, the celebrations of the 15th anniversary, the growth and expansion of SOFTSWISS to new markets, and what are the main customer demands that can be observed in the industry today.
How is SOFTSWISS preparing for SBC Summit 2024?
This year's edition of SBC Summit is extraordinary for us as it marks the culmination of our 15th anniversary celebrations. We look forward to meeting everyone at the event to celebrate this milestone together.
Lisbon serves as an ideal meeting point for our partners and clients from Latin America and Europe. We are pleased to present our new products and share updates on our existing offerings.
We have organized several events to commemorate our anniversary, including a large Hollywood-themed event for over 500 guests and a special event on the track day at the legendary Estoril Circuit in Portugal for VIP partners.
This exclusive event will offer networking opportunities and real-life driving experiences along with F1 legend and non-executive director of SOFTSWISS in Latin America, Rubens Barrichello.
During iGB L!VE 2024, SOFTSWISS brought a vibrant creative concept to its stand design. Can we expect something similar for SBC Summit?
We will continue to leverage the special atmosphere we presented at iGB. Our 15th anniversary party will feature Italian DJ Benny Benassi, whose well-known track 'Satisfaction' aligns perfectly with our '100 percent satisfaction' concept from iGB L!VE in Amsterdam.
The concept of our stand at SBC Summit Lisbon will further enhance this atmosphere. Our stand will shine, and we invite our partners to join us there to say "Cheers" and celebrate together.
Will the company reveal any novelties that you can tell us about?
Absolutely! We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new products, SOFTSWISS Lotto Software and SOFTSWISS Retail Betting Solution. These launches were made possible thanks to the acquisition of a majority stake in Turfsport, a leading software provider in South Africa, earlier this year.
We will showcase these innovative solutions at the upcoming SBC Summit. We are confident that they will enhance the gaming experience for players and provide our clients with powerful tools to expand their businesses.
SOFTSWISS celebrates its 15th anniversary. What does this milestone mean, and what would you say are the most impactful achievements reached?
SOFTSWISS is successfully expanding to new markets. From Latin America to South Africa and new regions of Europe, we are not only growing but also demonstrating our technological excellence and solid partnership approach to new and existing customers.
Over the past 15 years, SOFTSWISS, maintaining the principles of partnership, devotion, and customer focus, has evolved from a web studio to an international technology company with clients around the world, and that fills me with pride for our success.
In the second quarter of 2024, SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator expanded its portfolio to more than 23,500 games, representing a year-on-year increase of 46 percent. What are the main reasons for this success?
Our distinction lies in our collaborative approach, where we prioritize the needs of both operators and providers to ensure smooth interactions. We are dedicated to providing exceptional value and service, reflected in our innovative technical solution and an environment conducive to communication and business growth. Our largest game portfolio in the market is solid proof of our commitment to excellence for our partners.
What do you think are the customer demands at this time in terms of features, and how do you keep up with those demands?
There is a growing demand for various gamification tools and customized solutions in igaming. We are always on the lookout for something new, listening to the needs and ideas of our partners, tracking industry trends and global trends, and applying best practices.
We strive to complement and expand our portfolio with new products and solutions. We continuously improve our tournament tool and service within the 'Game Aggregator' and the casino platform, and enhance the 'Jackpot Aggregator' with cutting-edge features. Our commitment is to equip our clients with effective software that drives business growth.
Customization is one of the trends in electronic gaming. Leveraging the power of AI and 'Big Data', we can analyze player behavior in depth. This analysis allows us to equip operators with the tools they need to offer personalized and tailored experiences to their players, more efficiently and effectively.
