Lottopar will promote the 1st Responsible Gaming Week from October 7 to 11, an event that will bring together speakers from Brazil, Switzerland, Asia, Belgium, and Argentina. The seminar is open to the public over 18 years old, government employees, industry professionals, and those interested in learning more about responsible gaming initiatives. Registration is free.
The event will open in person on October 7 at the Canal da Música, starting at 1 PM. For this day, spots are limited and only those who secure access through the Sympla platform can attend the lectures. Registration entitles you to participate in the seminar, a welcome kit, and a certificate, which will be sent by email at the end of the meeting.
Among the confirmed speakers and moderators for October 7 are:

* Raiana Falcão, Deputy Secretary of Sanctioning Action of the SPA;

* Ana Bárbara Costa, co-founder of the Association of Women in the Gaming Industry (AMIG);
* Camila Fernandes Oliveira, lawyer at Nelson Wilians Lawyers;

From October 8 to 11, always at 2 PM, the lectures of the 1st Responsible Gaming Week will take place online, broadcast on Youtube da Lottopar. For these days, no registration is needed, just access the Lottopar channel on YouTube.
Kicking off the online lectures, on October 8, Cristina Swan and Daniel Chan, from the offices of the Union of Lotteries for Sports Integrity (Ulis) in Switzerland and Hong Kong, respectively, will show how technology and innovation help in monitoring to combat sports fraud.
On October 9, the lecture by the Belgian national coordinator of fraud and senior delegate of the Sports Fraud Team of the Belgian Police, Guy Reinenbergh, is confirmed, who will discuss how Europe has been implementing measures to promote safe gaming among bettors.
On October 10, the coordinator of responsible gaming and social responsibility at the Ibero-American Corporation of State Lotteries and Betting (Cibelae), Diana Fusco, participates showing an overview of responsible gaming actions in Latin America.
At 2:30 PM, the president of the Legal Gaming Institute, Magno José, will address responsible gaming with a Brazilian perspective.
On the last day, October 11, the liaison officer of Brazil to the Regional Office of Interpol in Buenos Aires, Fabio Hegenbart Bueno, will speak about how international cooperation helps in promoting fairness and responsible gaming in sports betting. Lottopar will close the event.
According to the president of Lottopar, Daniel Romanowski, the goal of the event is to educate and promote a safe and healthy gaming experience for those who bet, as well as to minimize the risks associated with excessive and uncontrolled gaming.
“That's why we are promoting the 1st Responsible Gaming Week with the aim of making the people of Paraná aware that sports betting and lottery modalities are a form of entertainment and as I always say, if you're going to bet, bet responsibly and always set a limit,” says Romanowski.
