Mexico.- President Andrés Manuel López Obrador called on the public to participate in the Great Special Draw 291 of the National Lottery, which will be held on September 15. This draw will offer cash and in-kind prizes exceeding MX$252m (USD 14,400,000). The prizes include MX$40m (USD 2,285,714) in houses, watches, jewelry, and refunds. Each ticket, known as a "cachito," costs MX$250.
In his statements, President López Obrador highlighted that this will be the last draw during his term and emphasized that all prizes will be awarded. "The novelty of this draw is that all prizes will be awarded. If not all tickets are sold, nothing will remain undistributed. Everything that is won comes from the Institute to Return the Stolen to the People, including legal houses and jewelry, with the goal of continuing to support the people," he highlighted in the media.
