GR8 Tech has introduced a new bonus system within its iFrame CRM.
The tool is aimed at helping operators attract new customers and retain them, as well as transition them between online casino gaming and mobile sports betting.
FreeBet is the first available bonus in the new system and can be customised with options such as validity period, eligible sports, live or pre-match and single or parlay bets.
Maximum odds and FreeBet amount provide further “flexibility to tailor the bonus to specific conditions,” GR8 Tech said.
Players can have multiple FreeBets with different settings at the same time, with the bet slip showing the conditions for each FreeBet.
Promotions can be issued through the back office, allowing users to view all available bonuses from their promotions lobby.
