Exclusive interview.- Martin Collins, business development director at Soft2Bet, spoke with Focus Gaming News about how the company is preparing for the SBC Summit. He shared Soft2Bet's expectations, its participation in the exhibition, and the goals for the rest of the year.
The SBC Summit will take place from September 24 to 26 in Lisbon and is expected to attract over 600 exhibitors and more than 25,000 industry professionals.
How is Soft2Bet preparing for the SBC Summit? What expectations does the company have for the Lisbon exhibition?
The SBC Summit in Lisbon is one of the most anticipated shows of the year. The fact that it is the first time in Lisbon is also very exciting and most of the industry will attend, so I am sure it will be a compelling and attractive fair. In true Soft2Bet style, we have prepared a booth that will attract delegates, as it will provide interactive content for all visitors.
In terms of expectations, our agenda is packed with meetings, workshops, panels, and debates that once again place Soft2Bet at the center of industry discussions and trends.
Tell us more about your workshop on MEGA, Soft2Bet's revolutionary gamification solution that boosts engagement and revenue for its partners.
MEGA stands for Motivational Engineering Gaming Application and is the leading gamification solution in the market for igaming companies that want to leverage the power of customization and personalization mechanics that have been so successful for casual and social gaming companies.
The workshop will show how implementing these functionalities in casinos or sports betting provides a unique user experience that increases engagement, loyalty, lifetime values, and revenue for operators. Registrations are open for all delegates until September 20.
Will you participate in discussion panels or moderate debates on key business trends in igaming?
Soft2Bet is always ready to contribute to the debate and our general advisor David Yatom Hay and I will participate in discussion panels and moderate debates to promote best practices, advocate for education, and exchange ideas among all stakeholders.
On September 25 at 3:30 PM, David will participate in a panel that will explore how operators can find the balance between having to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and driving business growth, which is a key issue for the industry.
For my part, I look forward to moderating a panel on talent, technology, and trends that igaming companies should consider in the next decade on September 24 at 12:45 PM.
How do powerful turnkey solutions help improve the user experience of igaming and why is it so important?
Indeed, powerful turnkey solutions are key to delivering the best possible user experience (UX) or interface (UI). This is a key focus for Soft2Bet, as the UX is at the heart of all our products because when you offer a solid UX, you maximize the potential for engagement, retention, and a higher level of customer play. Ultimately, all these features generate value and revenue for our operators.
Additionally, the B2C knowledge we have gained from operating our own brands, some of which are Betinia, Yoyocasino, Campobet, Quickcasino, and Don.ro, means we fully understand the pain points and challenges our operators might face.
Therefore, we can address them with the most suitable tools and products and combine them with a focus on creating and delivering the most engaging experience for players. This combination means that we drive market-leading conversion and acquisition rates and optimize the marketing spend of our partners as they drive their return on investment.
What are your goals for the second part of the year?
We have a major new partnership that we will announce soon and the United States will be a major focus for us as we prepare for the launch in New Jersey in the first quarter of 2025 thanks to a recently signed market access agreement with Caesars Entertainment.
We will also participate in G2E Las Vegas and will mark our presence at the event with more MEGA workshops and meetings with US stakeholders.
