EveryMatrix has launched a new tool looking to boost player engagement, retention and lifetime value for gaming operator partners.
LoyaltyEngine is a cross-vertical suite of solutions that allows operators to configure levels and set earnings rules for experience points and coins.
Prizes can be configured for any campaign across any gaming vertical.
Gamification elements including clear progression paths “incentivise players to climb the ranks and unlock and redeem personalised rewards” within a shop-based system, EveryMatrix said.
These include bespoke bonuses, tailored promotions and exclusive VIP perks such as branded merchandise and goods.
EveryMatrix’s CEO Casino, Stian Enger Pettersen, said LoyaltyEngine will have an “instant EveryMatrix effect” on its partners, “strengthening the relationship they have with their players by offering richer experiences through gamification and personalised rewards.”
The solution will also equally benefit operators with “seamless integration and real-time data insights and reporting.”
