We currently have a license in Mexico and Peru, but we plan to establish ourselves in the LatAm market, with the main goal now being to obtain a local license in Brazil. Obtaining licenses in Latin America plays a key role in the company's international development strategy.
How does your company attract players in this market and maintain their engagement?

: To capture the attention of Brazilian players, we create games that are not only fun but also deeply resonate with local tastes. We focus on offering high-quality visuals and smooth gameplay, especially on mobile platforms. To keep players engaged, we regularly introduce new content and collaborate with operators to offer personalized promotions that delight and reward our audience.
BetBoom: We define player inactivity by the activity index and reactivate. It is important for us to send reactivation messages to customers who start to 'fall asleep'. But each player has their own comfortable pace: some make several bets a day, while others log in once a week. A universal condition does not fit: if we consider as inactive those who make less than one bet per week, we will be spamming users for whom such frequency is comfortable and we may lose a customer who used to bet every day but has now stopped.
To make reactivation more personalized, we use the Customer Activity Index. This is a mathematical model developed by our analysts, which takes into account the typical user behavior and determines their level of activity.
We do not remove inactive customers with an activity index close to 0 from the database. We reduce the number of messages they receive and only inform them about major promotions to reactivate them.
What are the main opportunities and challenges you see in the Brazilian sector?
