Argentina.- The administrator of the Hipódromo de La Plata, Mariano Cowen, has called all institutions and unions involved in the La Plata turf to meet today (19) due to protests and cessation of activities.
Due to delays in the payment of prizes and deterioration of facilities, the Unified Association of Jockeys and Caretakers of La Plata announced a protest measure from Tuesday and, if no agreement is reached, today's activities would also be suspended.

Representatives, one per institution, from the unions of jockeys, caretakers, trainers, and owners, as well as employees of the racetrack, both monthly and per meeting, will attend the meeting.
From the Association, all those involved in the equestrian activity were called, and they will gather in front of the gate at the corner of 41st street and diagonal 80. From there, they will march towards the Lottery building, and subsequently, to the Government House on 6th street.
