Future Anthem has revealed a seven-figure investment into its flagship all-in-one personalisation product, Amplifier AI, spanning sports, casino, bingo and lottery verticals.
This significant investment comes on the heels of remarkable growth since the start of the year and a substantial rise in monthly transaction volumes processed by Amplifier AI, now totalling 9.3 billion bets per month.
This major financial boost will drive advancements in several key areas within Amplifier AI, positioning it for greater market leadership.
These areas include enhanced content recommendations allowing for more accurate and tailored casino and sports betting suggestions, additional integrations to enable real-time player experiences, self-service performance measurement and a unified back office for experience management.
Customers will also benefit from advanced data security, faster client onboarding, the augmentation of existing security and data governance to support regulatory compliance and operational excellence and greater tools to access their customer data.
The Amplifier AI product upgrades will be rolled out progressively over the next six to nine months, delivering tangible improvements to Anthem’s operator, platform and studio clients for the benefit of their players.
