Mobile sports wagering revenue in Wyoming, US, rose 31.9 per cent year-on-year in August, with handle following suit.
Total online handle from BetMGM, Caesars, DraftKings, Fanatics and FanDuel hit $12.2m in August, up from $9.7m a year ago and up 16.6 per cent from $10.5m in July 2024, according to the latest figures from the Wyoming Gaming Commission.
Subsequent gross gaming revenue from the five brands was $1.6m in August, up six per cent from last August’s $1.5m and up 31.9 per cent from $1.2m in July.
Tax revenues for the state amounted to $116,181 in August, up 11.7 per cent from $104,056 in August 2023 and up 38.1 per cent from $84,102 in July.
DraftKings topped the pile for handle and revenue, with respective figures of $6.6m and $863,635.
Flutter Entertainment’s FanDuel followed behind with handle of $3.2m and revenue of $505,307.
