Which clubs changed their sponsorship to play in the Champions League

This is a measure in response to the ban some countries have on this type of sponsorship.

EMEA.- Following the ban in some countries on advertising betting services, several clubs playing in the Champions League were forced to change sponsors and remove the logos from their uniforms.

Aston Villa, Stuttgart, and Dinamo Zagreb removed the betting sponsor logos from their shirts.

Since Spanish legislation prohibits advertising for betting operators, Stuttgart removed the Winamax logo during their match against Real Madrid at Santiago Bernabéu,

Meanwhile, Aston Villa for their match against Young Boys in Bern, Switzerland, replaced the Betano logo with that of Acorns, an American financial entity.

 UEFA has announced Kaizen Gaming and its premium brand Betano as the official global sponsor of the UEFA Europa League and the UEFA Conference League starting from 2024/25 until the 2026/27 season. Stoiximan, the brand under which Kaizen Gaming operates in Greece and Cyprus, will be visible as a sponsor of the competition in those countries.
