"The novelty of this draw is that all prizes will be awarded. If not all tickets are sold, nothing will remain undistributed. Everything that is won comes from the Institute to Return the Stolen to the People, including legal houses and jewelry, with the goal of continuing to support the people," he highlighted in the media.
