The Regional Trial Court (RTC) of Pasig City has issued arrest warrants for seven co-defendants in the case against the dismissed Mayor of Banban, Alice Guo, on charges of human trafficking, who have now surrendered to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).
At a press conference, NBI Director Jamie Santiago stated that five of Guo Huaping's co-suspects have surrendered to the NBI's Luzon Island branch, while two others have surrendered to the special task force in Banban.
Santiago mentioned that the other defendants are all Chinese citizens and are currently at large.
The individuals who surrendered to the NBI include:

Roderick Pujante
Juan Alpas
Rita Yturralde
Rowena Evangelista
Thelma Laranan
Ms. Guo and her co-defendants are facing charges for their alleged involvement in an illegal Philippine Offshore Gaming Operator (POGO) center in Tarlac Province, where it is claimed that hundreds were forced to engage in online scams under threats.
On September 19, the Pasig City Regional Trial Court Branch 167 issued arrest warrants for Guo and her co-defendants on charges of human trafficking.
Other co-defendants include the former head of the Technology and Livelihood Resource Center, Dennis Kunanan, and 12 other executives from Zun Yuan Technology.
