CasinoReviews.com has been approved by the Indian Gambling Commission (GC) to provide free Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services for GC-licensed operators, thereby expanding its player protection services.
This development builds on the history of CasinoReviews.com handling complaints for the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).
The new approval enables the company to offer binding dispute resolution solutions for players using online casinos in the UK - a move aimed at further strengthening player protection in the region.
The company's ADR team is certified by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), aimed at providing effective mediation for gambling-related issues.
For example, in the first half of 2024, the platform handled over 372 cases, returning $196,561 to players through the complaint resolution process.
Speaking about the recent GC approval, Duncan Garvie, Head of ADR Services at CasinoReviews.com, said: "This GC approval strengthens our commitment to fighting for players' rights.
"We are pleased to offer our services for free to UK operators, allowing us to provide a fairer and safer gaming environment for players worldwide. Our goal has always been to advocate for industry transparency, and this new initiative further advances that mission."
Players wishing to file a complaint or access dispute resolution services can do so through the company's website.
Earlier this year, CasinoReviews.com announced that it had returned over $8 million to players through its new ADR service, positioned as a free tool for both players and operators.
