This is part of the conversion of the Lottery from analog to digital, sustainable and environmentally friendly.

Argentina.- From 2024, the Lotería de Córdoba is in transition towards a sustainable institution. In this context, it is working towards the certification of the ISO 20121 standard for sustainable events, which guides organizations towards more ethical practices, respectful of the environment and with social awareness.

This week it announced its presence at the First Public-Private Forum on Biofuel to be held this Thursday, September 26 at the headquarters of the City Council of Córdoba. There, the Lottery will commit to using biofuel E17 for its entire fleet of cars.

It is worth noting that B20 and E17 provide fuels specially designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 9 percent and 3.5 percent respectively, compared to national blends.

Authorities of the Lottery highlighted: "This decision to make the institution sustainable has opened a door to a new work scheme. Firstly, it had to adapt in terms of working methods, generating through training and workshops, an internal culture strongly oriented by the sustainable outlook and with the goal that those who work in the Lottery incorporate environmentally friendly practices."
