DR Gaming Technology (DRGT) returns to the G2E Las Vegas show under the guidance of new CEO Marco Herrera, showcasing its latest products and solutions at booth 4405. The event will take place from October 8 to 10, 2024, at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas.
Before Herrera's appointment, the group's former CEO and co-founder Jurgen De Munck announced in early September that he would serve as the group's Executive Chairman, primarily responsible for the group's Infinity Casino operations.
"Since its establishment in 2003, we have been fortunate not only to expand our founding system business from the basement of a casino in Belgium to casinos across five continents but also to expand our services to casino operations; it is this new business area that has driven the demand for dedicated system managers," De Munck said.
Strategically driving the group's systems, distribution, and jackpot business is Herrera's main business, so the group's continuously expanding operations in Mexico remain highly focused. To this end, the company recently acquired a new 1,000 square meter warehouse and a 890 square meter office in Polanco, Mexico City.
"In addition to our own casino management systems and jackpot technology, we are also the official distributor of APEX Gaming in Mexico. Currently, we have about 1,000 APEX slot machines there and plan to double this number by mid-next year," Herrera said. "Moreover, with the recent signing of a new distribution agreement with BW, things are indeed improving."
However, the casino management system (CMS), cashless gaming, and progressive jackpots remain the core of this technology company's product suite, as do its related reporting and marketing solutions. DRGT's new drFloorManager will debut at G2E, along with its updated web-based drReportsBI solution and the latest version of its drApp.
At G2E, visitors can simply hover their mouse over specific machines or areas on the casino floor map to see firsthand the operation of machines and tables, who is playing these games, and then use this data not only to track performance but also to push notifications, reward players, and view "what's hot and what's not" in real time or on configurable dates and times.
Similarly, the company's drReportsBI software now not only offers a "pleasing" user interface but also a range of extremely intuitive, responsive, and easy-to-understand reports that make the vast amount of data captured by CMS easy to understand and "mine."
All of these are directly integrated into its loyalty suite, system-driven progressive jackpots, and Reel Bonus games, providing reward opportunities, as well as its associated Android and iOS drPlayerApp and 8.8-inch drScreenUltra player tracking interface, to communicate and share these progressive jackpots, games, and rewards with players.
Herrera commented: "In addition to systems, my background also includes time working in the slot machine and table supply verticals, and I can assure you of one thing: DRGT is never behind in delivering progressive jackpots. Our system-driven progressive jackpots are part of our casino management system (CMS) and thus run on top of existing slot machines and games. Our patented drSMIB 'mesh' network technology allows operators to distribute, schedule, and configure standalone, local, and wide-area progressive jackpots in any conceivable way without the need to purchase any form of progressive jackpot controller; this flexibility and operational efficiency are second to none.
"Furthermore, our drMediaManager solution allows operators to design, configure, and implement their own jackpot themes and arrange and deploy images, videos, or streaming content to player interface units and casino digital signage, which is truly an attractive 'player-first technology' repository. I strongly recommend operators to come and see for themselves at our booth 4405," the CEO concluded.
