Sportradar will add Xtremepush’s new player engagement solution to its marketing services offering as part of a fresh collaboration.
Xtremepush’s offering combines real-time Customer Data Platform, omnichannel activation, optimisation and gamification tools.
Sportradar will use the solution to help its operator clients identify and retain high-value bettors and customers who are likely to churn.
The product will be combined with Sportradar/Vaix’s predictive CRM and personalisation technology.
