Marker Trax Wednesday said that its proprietary cashless gaming product, Moolah Play, has been launched at Rivers Casino Philadelphia, the first time the system has been available at a resort outside Las Vegas.
“Rush Credit was already a groundbreaking offering for Rivers. The cashless functionality and optimized reporting capabilities that Moolah Play brings to the table is an improvement in every way, all in a more user-friendly, customer-centric engine,” Marker Trax Chief Marketing Officer Carol Thompson said in a statement. “We’re excited for this next step in our already-strong partnership, and to continue working with a company as committed to gaming’s digital revolution as we are.”
Marker Trax and Rivers began working together in May 2023 year, when the Philadelphia property launched Rush Credit, a cashless payment solution powered by Marker Trax technology. Rush Credit was embraced by Rivers’ customers, and upgrading to the more customer-centric branding and performance of Moolah Play led to its adoption.
“Offering our guests the best gaming experience in the region is our number one commitment, and it’s been central to our success,” Rivers Vice President of Strategic Marketing Jeremy Delmaster said. “Our customers have embraced Rush Credit, and upgrading to Moolah Play keeps in place everything that made that launch a success, while adding exciting, crucial upgrades.”
According to Marker Trax, the technology features an efficient and optimized credit underwriting process. Moolah Play moves this functionality forward, integrating technology that considers a customer’s true ability to pay back lines of credit and expected future profitability in credit issuance, providing more accurate and inclusive underwriting decisions while reaching more qualified customers.
Thompson said the launch further solidifies the position of both companies as leaders in offering innovative, customer-centric solutions.
