Press release.- Play’n GO, a global provider of casino entertainment, has launched an exclusive podcast with its director of governmental affairs, Shawn Fluharty, in which the West Virginia state delegate discusses the importance of regulation for the iGaming industry in the United States.
Fluharty joined Play’n GO in 2023, after having served as a lawyer in the state of West Virginia for over a decade. He was elected state legislator for the West Virginia House of Delegates in 2015, where he served as minority leader and played a key role in the regulation of iGaming in the state.
Fluharty also served as president of the National Council of Legislators from Gaming States (NCLGS) for more than five years.
