Spain.- Grupo Codere introduced "Mi Codere", its revamped mobile application aimed at revolutionizing the customer experience.
This app is the evolution of 'El Club', designed to provide a more complete and personalized gaming experience to the user, allowing them full control over their bets. Now, they can close them at any time from a mobile device. Additionally, the digitized card offers the option to play cashless and easily withdraw prizes at ATMs.
Similarly, users can use the app to locate the nearest Codere room and link their Codere card, so they can always carry it with them on their mobile.
María Amengual, Head of Retail Marketing at Codere Spain, explained: "This new version is the result of our constant search to offer innovative solutions that meet the demands of our users and provide a richer and more personalized gaming experience.
