According to the new registry, there are 96 companies and 213 brands authorized at the national level. In the state sphere, the list includes 18 authorized companies.
Brazil.- The Secretariat of Prizes and Bets (SPA) of the Ministry of Finance updated the list of companies, with their respective brands and domains, that can explore fixed-odds betting at the national level until December 31, 2024. Currently, there are 96 companies with 213 betting brands respectively. The state lists have 18 companies.
The companies Hiper Bet Tecnologia Ltda (hiperbetbrasil.com), Stake Brazil LTD (Stake.com), and LBBR Fixed Quota Bets Limited (luck.bet – 1pra1.bet – startbet.io) were included.
The inclusion of the companies in the national listing occurred after the clarification of issues identified during the authorization process and that, once resolved, allow them to be considered as companies in the adjustment period, under the terms of the Ordinance No. 1.475.
Furthermore, the SPA updated the list of legal entities authorized by the states to operate counterparty betting, within their territories, whose brands and internet domains have been reported to the Ministry of Finance.
