OpenBet announces a collaboration with Bell Ventures Digital to support the new Brazilian BandBet online betting and gaming brand.
This partnership, financially advised by BTG Pactual, aims to combine OpenBet's technological expertise with the brand influence of one of Brazil's largest media groups, Grupo Bandeirantes de Comunicação (Band).
BandBet is currently in a trial phase, operating under the authorization of the Ministry of Finance during the market transition period.
OpenBet will provide BandBet with an end-to-end betting and gaming ecosystem, including player account management, BetBuilder, responsible gaming technology, and hosted transaction services.
The platform will also adopt the OpenBet Locator geolocation solution supported by Amazon Web Services, ensuring compliance with Brazilian regulations.
The collaboration also includes a fully integrated online casino experience, offering a range of content from multiple studios. The platform's core is responsible gaming and anti-money laundering technologies, supported by Neccton, aimed at providing player protection and regulatory compliance.

Bell Ventures has applied for federal licensing with the Ministry of Finance, expected to be approved by the end of this year.
