EveryMatrix is set to complete its acquisition of igaming supplier Fantasma Games after shareholder approval.
Over 95 per cent of Fantasma’s shareholders voted for the public offer by EveryMatrix, worth SEK59 (€5.21) in cash and a total consideration of SEK209.8m (€18.5m).
A total of 95.2 per cent of shareholders approved the transaction.
