Any disobedience to this measure could result in criminal legal actions by the Justice.
Argentina.- Following a request from the company Video Drome S.A, owner of the casino in La Rioja, expressing their rejection of the tax increases approved by the municipality and arguing the lack of exceptional conditions that would justify the application of these charges, the Superior Court of Justice of La Rioja issued a precautionary measure.
The resolution prevents the Municipality of La Rioja from applying the tax increases established by Ordinance No. 6470/2024 against the company Video Drome S.A.
This resolution orders local authorities to refrain from initiating any type of procedure, claim or process that seeks to enforce this tax increase until a final judgment is issued in the case.
