It is reported that a Chinese man was kidnapped by his compatriots in Cabuyao City, Laguna Province, and the kidnappers shot the victim multiple times.
According to the police report from Zone 4A, "Ling" was kidnapped by four Chinese men and was dumped around 4 PM at the roadside of Barangay Diezmo.
The kidnappers then shot him multiple times in various parts of his body before fleeing in their vehicle.
The police stated that the victim was taken to a local hospital and is currently in stable condition.
Investigators are checking for security cameras in the area to possibly identify the kidnappers.
An investigation is underway to determine the motive behind the incident. The police have launched a manhunt to arrest the kidnappers.
