Igaming distributor Openbox Holdings has acquired B2B online casino supplier Boldplay.
Boldplay’s existing content will be made available to operators across the Openbox Gaming platform.
Key members of Boldplay’s development team will also join Openbox Gaming.
The two companies will pool resources to offer players new content and advance upcoming projects.
