A one-minute video of a Chinese person shooting another Chinese person in a hotpot restaurant became the latest sensation in Manila's Chinese community, spreading across WeChat and Telegram groups in the area.

It is reported that the Chinese perpetrator was photographed with a Filipino female friend.
The incident took place in a Chinese hotpot restaurant in Makati City, Greater Manila. It was said that the shooter, dressed in dark blue and generally considered honest, was involved in payment services, possibly leading to a dispute over tripartite payment interests.
Some say the shooter in the video, a Chinese man named Baolong, is known for murder, kidnapping, and drug involvement; I'm not clear on the details, but many recognize him as Baolong, who previously worked under Zhang Xiaolong and has killed four people.
According to others, the shooter named Baolong was formerly associated with Zhang Xiaolong, specializing in professional kidnapping and murder; the man in light blue is my friend, who was terrified early this morning; simply put, they are all kidnappers from different gangs;
Baolong arranged to meet the victim for a meal, who was also formerly under Zhang Xiaolong. The woman in white is the victim's girlfriend, who previously dated Baolong before getting involved with the victim; Baolong's murder was premeditated over this woman! It was evident when he remarked that the victim deserved it after the murder and even shook hands with the woman; it was clearly a crime of passion.
The name "Baolong" is obviously an alias. Whether the murderer was associated with Zhang Xiaolong, whether he was a kidnapper, or whether the murder was a crime of passion remains unclear. However, the man in dark blue did not harm anyone else, targeting only one shirtless man; the woman in white faced this extremely vicious person without flinching, unafraid to provoke him to shoot her as well.
All this suggests deep entanglements between the two, or perhaps three, individuals involved. As for the man in light blue, PASA speculates he might be the one who arranged the meal with the shirtless man, and his relationship with the man in dark blue could vary.
As of now, PASA is still awaiting further disclosure of information on this case from the Philippine police and media.
