The change is part of the company's adaptation to a new work model.
Chile.- Enjoy is seeking to reposition itself amidst the judicial reorganization process and amid the storm caused by the accusation from the National Economic Prosecutor's Office (FNE) for alleged collusion. It was revealed that the casino operator moved from its historic offices and now operates from a coworking space.
The move became known when the authorities of the Tribunal for the Defense of Free Competition (TDLC) went to notify the company of the requirement in the process for allegedly colluding to influence the results of casino tenders. At the time of this notification, it emerged that when they tried to notify the general manager, Esteban Rigo-Righi, the traditional address of Enjoy, located at Avenida Presidente Riesco N°5711 – floor 15 in Las Condes, Santiago, was incorrect.
According to local media reports, the building's concierge reported that the mentioned floor was unoccupied and that Enjoy had changed its address about two weeks ago. With the change, the notification was sent to Avenida Apoquindo N°2930, floor 2, commune of Las Condes, Metropolitan Region of Santiago, a coworking space.
Enjoy declared to the Chilean media Diario Financiero that the relocation of its offices was part of a broad plan that includes the implementation of remote work since 2020. Additionally, the company assured that the decision to move was made several months ago, motivated by the search for efficiencies and the underutilization of the spaces at its previous location.

The new space has an area of 800 square meters, in which it also shares with various companies and professionals from other sectors. It is also estimated that the location of the Cowork Apoquindo, which is in the financial district of Las Condes, could enhance the operation and image of Enjoy and facilitate access to restaurants, banks, hotels, and large companies.
