Makati City Shooting Incident Reward Notice: A Reward of 2 Million Pesos for Information
According to the Southern Police District (SPD), on the morning of October 24th (Thursday), the police have offered a reward of 2 million pesos for information related to the perpetrator of the shooting incident in Makati City on October 17th, aiming to apprehend the suspect as soon as possible.
The police stated that the reward is for Wang Danyu, also known as Wang Dan Yu, nicknamed "Bao Long". He is suspected of being involved in the shooting death of Chinese citizen Liu Jiabin. The suspect is still at large.
Case Review
According to the Makati City Police, the incident occurred in a restaurant where Wang Danyu opened fire on the victim and then fled the scene with an unidentified Chinese man.
The Suspect is Highly Dangerous, Public Caution Advised
The SPD warns that the suspect is armed and extremely dangerous, urging the public not to take any action on their own. The police emphasize:
"Do not attempt to apprehend this suspect on your own, as he is considered armed and dangerous."
