Glitnor Group is set to acquire OneCasino, which operates across markets such as the Netherlands, Spain and Denmark.
The share purchase agreement with the igaming company will “significantly enhance” Glitnor Group’s scale as it looks to further its reach across Europe, it said.
“The hugely complementary geographical profile and high-quality product OneCasino have rapidly expands both companies’ short- and long-term addressable market,” said Glitnor Group CEO Richard Brown.
OneCasino plans to extend its network in Germany, where its final licence approval is in the pipeline.
Glitnor Group will subsequently have operations across more than eight regulated jurisdictions.
The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2025.
