The Chief of the NCR Police and 14 officers have been charged with extortion of POGO workers during a raid in Malate, Manila.
PAOCC spokesperson Winston Casio responded to allegations of misconduct during the Philippine National Police's raid on the Manila Xindingcai POGO center, where exclusive footage obtained by BNC showed agents turning off CCTV cameras during the operation.

Essentially, it's a case of dog-eat-dog between PAOCC and NCR police over uneven sharing of spoils, with mutual accusations (the lawyer in purple representing Xindingcai filed the lawsuit against both). In the end, both the police and Casio were dismissed from their positions.
