Light & Wonder and SkyCity Entertainment Group have signed a seven-year Platform as a Service (PaaS) system agreement in New Zealand and Australia.
SkyCity will utilize the L&W Engage platform, which allows operators to enhance player experiences by leveraging data related to customer journeys, including software, hardware, and custom development services.
Operators will also utilize the platform's technology including loyalty features and tools, strengthening responsible gaming measures and customer engagement.
In addition, SkyCity will upgrade its casino floor gaming machine interfaces using Light & Wonder's iVISTA technology platform, improving customer service and responsible gambling experiences.

It is noteworthy that Light & Wonder also won the 2024 Global Gaming Award in the Americas with its Engage AI product.
