Spain.- The city of Ceuta is experiencing growth in the gaming and technology sector. More than 30 companies are already present and the creation of about a thousand jobs, are the product of legislative reforms and tax incentives that reduce tax costs for these companies.
In this context, the Ministry of Finance, Economic Transition and Digital Transformation, through Procesa, launched a new offer of training courses aimed at the online gaming sector.

The goal is to train more than 1,000 people in key skills to work in online gaming companies and related technological areas. The courses cover various areas, such as customer service, product management, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. García Varela, tax inspector and academic head of the program, emphasized the importance of specialization in a sector that, in addition to being very competitive, is subject to strict regulations.
Furthermore, the course is part of a broader strategy to promote the development of digital and sustainable sectors in Ceuta. The city's president, Juan Vivas, has repeatedly expressed his interest in creating a greener, bluer, and more digital city, aligned with the priorities of ecological and digital transition at the European and global levels.
