Netizen urgently seeks help: I earnestly request anyone with information to provide some clues. My wife, Xuanxuan, who is newly pregnant, went to Cambodia on the 10th to visit her best friend, departing from Bangkok to Phnom Penh in the afternoon. We kept in touch daily as usual until the 12th, when she suddenly stopped sending messages. I couldn't reach her or her best friend via airplane or WeChat.

On the afternoon of the 13th, this brother sent a message, agreeing to pay the ransom, and I saw my wife in the video.

I hope this brother sees the message and contacts me. I only ask that you do not harm my wife. I have gathered the ransom like a friend, and both her parents and I have come to Thailand. Our family is very anxious. I also ask our compatriots in Cambodia who have seen anything to lend a hand and provide clues to save people in distress. Thank you very much.

PS: These kidnappers are really insatiable. Being offered 2 million USD should be enough, yet they still want 5 million USD? Pan is not a fool; with 5 million USD, Pan could replace many women. Do you know how many wives and children Pan has? They will not be manipulated by kidnappers. Pan, manage your wives well, and don't let them be kidnapped by so-called best friends.

The Myawaddy area at the border of Myanmar and Thailand is filled with numerous parks, some of which are gradually becoming regulated. These well-known parks do not allow deceptive recruitment, underage entry, or human trafficking.

However, Myawaddy still has many black parks, such as the Jiek Mountain controlled by the Buddhist army, where the most notorious Jiek Park is currently recognized as a black park. The scam companies inside not only have a large number of deceptive recruiters but also many minors forced into scamming, and many adults kidnapped and trafficked here, including people from mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Pakistan, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, Sri Lanka, etc. Most victims are lured to Thailand with high salary promises, then traffickers transport them directly from the airport to Mae Sot, and from there across the river to Myawaddy.

Insiders reveal that the Hongtong Hotel near Myawaddy Pier No. 1 has always been a transit station for human trafficking. The crime organizations specializing in kidnapping and human trafficking usually stay inside the Baisheng scam park, controlling the kidnapped victims there, with special rooms for guards and torture chambers. After kidnapping people to Thailand, the kidnappers first send them to the Baisheng scam park, then force the victims to contact their families to demand a high ransom. If the family does not pay the ransom, the victim is immediately taken to the torture chamber for beating and abuse, and videos are sent to the family to force a quick transfer of funds.

Even after the family transfers the money, the kidnappers do not fulfill their promise to release the person but instead send them to a room in the Hongtong Hotel, then contact various black scam parks like Apollo, Jiek, Ding Sheng, Qiang Sheng, Jin Xin, Dongfang Hui, and Daxiang (Hengsheng 1) to arrange human trafficking deals. The kidnappers have a special human trafficking group (Telegram group) where they post the victim's identity and photos, clearly pricing them between 20,000 to 50,000 USD, and then meet at the Hongtong Hotel to conduct the human trafficking transaction.

In September, a family from Hunan entrusted the situation when their relative was deceived to Thailand and kidnapped to Myawaddy, Myanmar. Initially, the kidnappers demanded a ransom of 1 million RMB from the family, which was later negotiated down to 500,000 RMB. However, the family was afraid to pay the ransom, fearing loss of both money and person. Through introductions from various friends, the family contacted the public account "A Long's Adventures," and the platform urgently formed a group, pulling both the Myanmar military commander and the family into the group. The next day, the commander coordinated with local armed forces to destroy a kidnapping den, rescuing 18 Chinese compatriots and capturing a member of the kidnapping gang (Chinese nationality).

After the capture, the Asia-Pacific Management Committee transferred the individual to the Thai Immigration Bureau, preparing to deport him back to his country for review. However, this person has not returned to his country yet, reportedly because the kidnapping gang's higher-ups are preparing to pay a large sum to bail him out. Today, this kidnapping gang is still operating in the Baisheng scam park, engaging in kidnapping and human trafficking.

If these kidnapping gangs in Myawaddy are not eradicated, the kidnapping and persecution will not stop. I hope the local military does not just protect the scam operations for profit but also appropriately manages these kidnapping gangs. The notorious reputation is caused by these criminals specializing in kidnapping and human trafficking. Everyone should always be vigilant about high-salary scams in Thailand, as your ultimate destination might very likely be the Baisheng scam park at Myawaddy Pier No. 1.
