Fast Track has been certified as a Great Place to Work in the technology sector for the third year in a row.
The accreditation for the Spanish office, culminating in a Trust Index of 88 per cent, follows recognition for the company’s Maltese and Spanish offices in 2022 and 2023, respectively.
Fast Track said its score is “above the benchmark” for Great Place to Work organisations in the IT Software and Solutions space.
“We are committed to staying a world-class employer, and this certification reaffirms our efforts to attract and retain the best talent,” said Jenny Arnell, chief people officer at Fast Track.
The company said its employee survey found there was a welcoming community and a “fun, supportive atmosphere” at Fast Track.
