Game provider Synot has successfully obtained a license to operate in the Bulgarian market, and the company is now promoting its game portfolio to another region in Eastern Europe.
Synot has been granted a ten-year official license to produce and distribute its game portfolio in the Bulgarian market, and will now begin to enter this field. Additionally, the newly acquired Bulgarian license also allows for the development of game-related technical support in the region.
In November 2023, Synot established a content distribution partnership, with Galaxsys's skill game portfolio going live on its Synot Interactive platform. Subsequently, Synot reached another cooperation with Gamanza Group, expanding its business scope in Europe.
Following last month's collaboration with Slovakia's Casino Gameworld to expand its business in the Balkans, this latest deal aims to further enhance Synot's influence in the Balkan region.
Worth noting: In October, the Bulgarian National Revenue Agency cracked down on unlicensed gambling websites.
Stanislav Stanev, Director of International Business Development at Synot Group, stated: "We are very pleased to have obtained the license for the Bulgarian market.
"This allows us to continue our expansion plans in the Balkans and offer our most successful products to Bulgarian customers.
"The timing of the license coincides with the upcoming BEGE Expo in Sofia, where we look forward to meeting with most local operators, having some productive discussions, and showcasing our most successful products in both the online and offline sectors."
