Supplier ELA Games announced a new partnership with Rootz, integrating its entire online game portfolio onto the operator's platform.
Under the new agreement between the two companies, ELA Gaming's games such as Cash Crab and Joker Cashpot will go live on the Rootz platform.
In early March this year, Rootz appointed Maria Boelius as the new Chief Revenue and Operations Officer, followed by an expansion phase in August, with its game portfolio launching in Malta and Ontario, where the latest agreement also takes effect.
Rootz CEO Sam Brown commented on the latest deal, saying: "At Rootz, the player always comes first, so we are always thrilled to add top-tier casino content like the games from the ELA Games catalog to our lobby. We believe our players will love them, and we look forward to this mutually beneficial cooperation."
It is worth noting that ELA Games recently entered the Maltese market after receiving a recognition notice from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) in December 2023.
In 2024, ELA Games reached several content cooperation agreements, including a new game Axe Smash developed in collaboration with Octoplay in January, followed by a partnership with BlueOcean Gaming in April. Most recently, in July, ELA reached another content integration agreement with Relax Gaming.
David Fall, Business Development Manager at ELA Games, commented on the new partnership: "We are proud to announce this significant strategic partnership and are excited about its positive impact on our growth.
"ELA Games will increase its market share by hosting on various Rootz platforms, while Rootz will gain more player engagement from our innovative games. This partnership has proven to be mutually beneficial and a meaningful development for our studio."
