Kambi Group has established a new partnership with Wind Creek Hospitality, where the supplier will support the tribal operator's new gaming and entertainment resort project in South Chicago with on-site sports betting.

Under the new agreement, Kambi will provide its sports betting solutions to the Wind Creek organization, including a bet builder and betting kiosks, with Wind Creek recently opening a new gaming resort in the South Chicago area on November 11.

The resort features a gaming hall with 1,400 slot machines, 56 gaming tables, and sports betting facilities as per the new agreement. Additionally, Kambi has also indicated potential online expansion, with provisions included in the new contract.

Earlier this month, Kambi reached a similar agreement with VIP Play to provide sports betting solutions for the operator's ZenSports brand in Tennessee. This news follows the supplier's release of its third-quarter 2024 results, which showed a modest 2% increase in revenue to 43 million euros ($45.2 million).

Kambi Group CEO Werner Becher stated, "We are delighted to partner with Wind Creek Hospitality and introduce our sports betting technology at Wind Creek Chicago Southland. This deal not only demonstrates the tribal operator's trust in Kambi but also shows our continued commitment to delivering an outstanding sports betting experience. We look forward to working closely with Wind Creek in their new Chicago venture and providing exciting sports betting offerings."

Good news: In September, Kambi denied rumors of a potential acquisition by Genius Sports.

Last week, Wind Creek Hospitality released its own acquisition news, confirming that it will complete the acquisition of the Birmingham Race Course and Casino in Alabama by early 2025. As early as May, the operator was fined $125,000 by the PGCB for violating underage gambling regulations.

Wind Creek Hospitality COO Brent Pinkston also commented on the new partnership with Kambi, stating, "As we open our new Wind Creek Chicago Southland hotel, it is crucial to collaborate with a leader in B2B sports betting solutions like Kambi.

"We are committed to providing our guests with world-class entertainment solutions, and Kambi's proven track record and innovative technology will help us deliver top-tier sports betting products."
