To better serve customers in the target Asian region, GR8 Tech has expanded its technical infrastructure with new automated server configurations. The upgrade allows for rapid deployment of the platform across various markets, offering optimized and high-performance experiences for users, with 99.96% availability, even during major sporting events, such as the World Cup or the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Previously, product loading times in Asia were hampered by reliance on centralized servers in Frankfurt, leading to delays that affected user experience. In response, GR8 Tech deployed the main frontend of the platform as a standalone solution and established a new data center in Asia, which significantly reduced loading times and enhanced service delivery to customers throughout the region. As a result, web performance metrics improved by 25 percent in the region.
To further enhance performance, GR8 Tech selected an ideal content delivery management provider to bring services closer to customers and improve access speed.
The platform also implemented frontend optimizations to increase operational efficiency. The migration will continue with improvements in backend infrastructure, reducing the number of frontend to backend calls and further increasing service reliability and speed.
