The Royal Pacific Condominium in Parañaque City, Philippines, has once again become the center of attention.

According to sources, the police recently launched an operation to arrest Chinese suspects involved in alleged extortion. The incident took place in the Seaview Garden community, where nine armed Chinese suspects broke into the condominium, attempting to extort a huge sum of up to 5 million, and threatened to involve the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) of the Philippines if the money was not paid.

It is understood that on the day of the incident, a nanny in the condominium noticed the armed suspects breaking in and immediately called the police.

The police quickly arrived at the scene and successfully arrested three of the suspects. With this, part of the truth of the case has come to light, but the other six suspects are still at large. According to the scene photos, two police cars were parked at the entrance of the condominium, and officers were carrying out the arrest, making the situation tense for a while.

After the incident, it sparked widespread attention and discussion among local residents and on social media. Many netizens commented that the Royal Pacific Condominium has been frequently involved in incidents recently, causing concern among many Chinese in the Philippines. The police have not disclosed more details and are currently further investigating the case.

This case may involve complex criminal activities, hence the Philippine police and relevant departments are strengthening security surveillance in the area to prevent similar incidents from happening again.

Chinese residents in the Philippines are especially reminded to stay vigilant, protect their personal safety, and avoid getting involved in illegal disputes.
