Netizen submission:
Seeing the incident where Chinese people were robbed in a dark internet cafe, I also want to share my experience from last week, which I originally didn't want to expose.
Last week, while dining at a restaurant in Makati with my colleagues, we were also robbed. A small Filipino man first came in, pointed a gun at the security guard's head, and gestured for him to leave, and the cowardly guard just hid away.
Two Filipinos were involved; one stood at the door while the other came in with a gun to collect our bags, and even the mobile phones on the table were taken. I advise everyone to avoid Chinese restaurants or Chinese shops recently, especially at night.
They have targeted these places because there are fewer Chinese people walking to work now, so these criminals have turned their attention to Chinese shops.
The Philippine New Year is coming soon, and it feels like these people are becoming more frantic!
