The Chamber of Official Lottery Agents and Related Bonaerense requests an adaptation of the terminals to allow a more dynamic way of depositing the collection.
Argentina.- The Chamber of Official Lottery Agents and Related Bonaerense (CAOLAB) requested an update of the self-service terminals to the Bank of the Province of Buenos Aires (BAPRO). In a letter signed by the president of CAOLAB, Marcelo Iglesias, he asks for an adaptation of the terminals of all branches to allow depositing, in a dynamic way, the collection of the official lottery agents.
According to the note, "the incorporation of higher denomination bills, AR$10,000 and recently AR$20,000, allows reducing the direct costs of the BCRA and the operational costs of the financial system as a whole, but this is not being the case in the network of self-service terminals of Banco Provincia". The chamber indicates that "the agents are seriously harmed, given the loss of time and the impossibility of depositing all the collected for the province of Buenos Aires in higher denomination bills".
In his request, he asks for "the tuning of the terminals to really contribute to reducing the operational costs of the entire financial system". The letter closes indicating that they request the measure to be able to continue "sending the relevant funds in a timely manner".

Meanwhile, CAOLAB requested the Provincial Institute of Lotteries and Casinos (IPLyC) Buenos Aires to make modifications to the gaming terminals in order to optimize their use and operability. In the presentation, CAOLAB listed a series of changes that, they understand, will lead to better ease for users when using the terminals, in addition to being simple to implement.
"All these changes we consider to be of prompt resolution given that they do not require too much development and in many cases it is only changing some parameters of the program without the need for radical modifications of the software", they explained from the entity about their request.
