Platform and content provider BetConstruct has announced a new partnership agreement that will integrate Galaxy Gaming's online table game content into its online platform.
The new agreement licenses multiple Galaxy online brands such as Buster Blackjack, Lucky Lucky, Perfect Pairs, Three Card Prime, and 21+3 through the BetConstruct platform. This new partnership covers blackjack, baccarat, and poker products, with Galaxy's live casino and random number generator (RNG) now supported by CreedRoomz and Pascal Gaming respectively.
For BetConstruct, this new deal follows a strategic partnership announced in February with Flutter, which saw Flutter's games added to Betfair International. Subsequently, in May, the company also established a CRM partnership with Fast Track.
Worth noting: BetConstruct is the main sponsor of the 2024 Asia Pacific Global Gaming Awards.
Sargis Poghosyan, Deputy Chief Product Officer at SoftConstruct, commented on this new announcement, saying: "As we continue to innovate, partnering with Galaxy Gaming allows us to bring some of the world's most popular table games to our customers. For Galaxy Gaming, this new arrangement comes after the company announced it would be acquired by Evolution for $85 million, a deal set to be completed by mid-2025. Earlier this year, the company also reported its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2023, with a net loss of $819,891.
