With this strategic acquisition, TG Lab expands its distribution in Latin America for Stake.com and other major operators.
Press release.- TG Lab, a global provider of omnichannel platforms, has announced today the strategic acquisition of SysGaming, a gambling software provider based in Brazil.
The decision aligns with TG Lab's strategic ambition to strengthen its presence in Latin America, where the provider is already present in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Paraguay, and Peru.
The acquisition of SysGaming will allow TG Lab to continue offering its Latin American partners personalized and localized experiences in real-time, both in Spanish and Portuguese.
TG Lab's omnichannel platform offers a complete solution with a flexible set of modules for sports betting houses and casinos to boost their gaming operations across multiple markets.
By strengthening its development of localized games and platform experience for Latin America, TG Lab's partners will have access to a wealth of native content covering sports betting and iGaming verticals, specialized for the region.
With a team and an office located in Foz do Iguaçu, in the southernmost state of Brazil, Paraná, SysGaming is already present in Brazil, Paraguay, and Argentina, and is a provider to major local operators, such as the Paraguayan state monopoly Aposta.la and the Argentine Playcet. Both brands are expected to migrate to the TG Lab platform in due course.
The team of nearly 30 development experts from SysGaming will also join TG Lab, bringing their extensive experience in quality platform development.
The integration of SysGaming's range of games and platform development capabilities into TG Lab's patented platform will begin immediately, making SysGaming's entire list of innovative content available to TG Lab's partners.
This will include SysGaming's slot studio and crash games, giving TG LAB the opportunity to incorporate game design capabilities into the company and develop customized and localized games for partners.
Ugnius Simelionis, CEO of TG Lab, commented on the acquisition: "We see this move as the beginning of establishing our leadership credentials in Latin America. We are already partnered with some of the biggest brands in the market, and we are thrilled to welcome the SysGaming team to the TG Lab group."
"SysGaming had carved out a solid reputation in Latin America for the exceptional quality of its developments, its localized games, and its impressive aggregator, all factors that made them a 'perfect fit' for the TG Lab ecosystem. Their innovative approach to game design and platform development is admirable and has undoubtedly allowed them to build a strong presence in the region."
