Delaware’s three online casino platforms generated $6.2 million in revenues in November, a 465.2 percent increase from the previous year, but revenue slid 7.9 percent from the $6.7 million generated in October.
The November 2024 revenue figure is the second highest collected in state history, only trailing the record-breaking total from the month prior.
Delaware Park generated more than half of the revenues in November, collecting $3.2 million. Meanwhile, Harrington generated $1.7 million and Bally’s Dover $1.2 million.
The significant November revenues bring the total for the fiscal year up to $29.7 million, just a few million shy of the $31.9 million collected last fiscal year with seven fewer months contributing to the amount.
Gaming revenues in Delaware have surged since Rush Street Interactive (RSI) took over as the state’s gaming operator from 888. RSI agreed to take over gaming operations with the Delaware Lottery in September 2023, soft launching in December 2023, before finally going live in January.
Casino revenues jumped from $1.2 million to $3.4 million from December 2023 to January and haven’t dipped below that amount since. The lowest revenue generated this fiscal year was $5.2 million in July.
