It was granted after a rigorous external audit that evaluated the internal processes and management of the institute, thus demonstrating its dedication to "providing exceptional service and maintaining high quality standards".
In this regard, the senior management of IPJyC expressed their satisfaction in achieving this goal, highlighting that the recertification of the ISO 9001 standard "reaffirms the commitment to excellence and transparency in the operations of the body, ensuring that all its services meet the demanding quality standards of the requirements demanded by this regulation".
Furthermore, the executives noted that this recertification is a "testimony of teamwork and the dedication of all employees of the institution, each of whom has contributed their expertise in achieving this great objective".
It should be noted that the recertification in ISO 9001, includes the following processes of IPJyC:
