The Gaming Control Authority seized four gaming machines that did not have the corresponding authorization.
Bolivia.- The Gaming Control Authority (AJ) reported that it intervened in an illegal gambling house located in the Mayorazgo area, near the Second Ring Road, in the city of Cochabamba. At the site, four gaming devices that lacked the necessary authorization were seized.
At the time of the operation, authorities noted the presence of two people playing on the machines and identified the manager of the illegal site. The machines were operating covertly in a room within a private residence.
The AJ reported that, with this operation, there have been three carried out last week, during which a total of 100 illegal gaming devices were seized, "representing a significant blow against illegality."
Last month, the AJ conducted two operations in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, managing, in less than half a day, to raid 96 gaming devices.
The first site intervened was located in Bailón Mercado, where 54 gaming devices were seized: 50 slot machines, three poker tables, and one American roulette. The second raided site was located on Avenida Alemana, this house had three gaming rooms where 41 slot machines and one manual roulette were installed.
The AJ reminds the public that complaints about the existence of illegal gambling can be registered anonymously through the enabled channels, such as its website, the AJ Mobile app, or the WhatsApp numbers provided by each Regional Directorate.

Meanwhile, last Friday, December 13, the AJ presented a positive balance of its management, highlighting the increase in business promotions and reinforcing its commitment to the fight against illegal gambling.
