Zeal Network has increased its revenue guidance due to what it calls “exceptional” jackpot development.
The German lottery broker said it has already recorded revenue of between €158m and €168m, as per its most recent guidance.
It added that previously set EBITDA targets for 2024 of between €42m and €46m have also been met in November.
Zeal therefore now expects revenue of between €175m and €185m and EBITDA of between €55m and €59m.
“The increase in the forecast is due to an exceptionally high number of maximum jackpots in November and December,” the company said, revealing that there were seven instances of a €120m jackpot in a row at Eurojackpot.
Overall, maximum jackpots have been reached 13 times in 2024, up from five in 2023.
