A month after setting a sports betting record for the amount wagered, the Nutmeg State now has a new revenue mark. The Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection reported the state’s three online sportsbooks and two retail wagering sites combined for $30.3 million in gross hold, besting September’s previous high of $26.6 million.
The $25.5 million in adjusted revenue is a 147% year-over-year increase and all-time high in the Nutmeg State. November’s $228.2 million handle, second-highest ever behind October’s $229.5 million, was up 10.9% year-over-year.
Connecticut sports betting operators produced a 13.3% hold on gross revenue, the second-highest ever, and a record 11.2% win rate on adjusted revenue. The state filled its coffers in November with $3.5 million, up from the $2.1 million haul in October.
